Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing through our official communication channels.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable. This will be disclosed before payment is made.
• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or political events.

Changes to Bookings

• Changes must be requested at least 15 days before departure.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries if necessary, including changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
• Additional charges may apply for changes to itineraries, dates, or traveler details.

Travel Documents and Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and other required documents.
• Yuvraj Holidays is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Liability Disclaimer

• Yuvraj Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, death, theft or damage from third-party services.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

• Traveler provide accurate personal information and necessary travel documents.Adhere to all deadlines for payments, document submissions, and booking changes.
• Traveler respect local laws, customs, and cultures during travel.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Yuvraj Holidays and local guides.
